What usually ends at graduation
The exact rules are on each vendor’s offer page. These are the patterns we see most.
Student plans that renew on their own
Many student subscriptions renew at the normal price once the student period is over. Open the billing settings for each tool, write down the renewal date, and switch plans or cancel before it.
Yearly re-verification
Some offers ask you to prove you're a student again each year. Once you can't, the discount stops at the next renewal, even though the plan itself carries on.
Your school email address
Schools close student email accounts after you leave, on their own schedule. Move any account that signs in with it to a personal email first, or you could lose the account, not just the discount.
Education licences
Education licences are usually for study, not paid work. Read the licence terms before you use one for a job or a client.

- Usually not on the day itself. Most end at the next renewal or re-verification after your student status ends. The exact rule is on the vendor’s offer page, and the renewal date is in your account’s billing settings.
- Are there discounts for recent graduates?
- A few vendors run offers for recent graduates, but they are much less common than student deals. When we confirm one on the official page, it shows up on this page with the date we checked it.
- How do I avoid paying full price by accident?
- Find the renewal date in each tool’s billing settings and set a reminder a week before it. Then decide: move to a cheaper plan, switch to yearly billing if you’ll keep using it, or cancel. Each deal here shows what you pay now and after the offer.
