We use the information we collect to operate and improve QuestLoops, personalise your experience, respond to your enquiries, send service-related communications, and ensure the security of our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

QuestLoops uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember your preferences (such as dark mode), and gather analytics. You can control cookie behaviour through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain site functionality.

We integrate with third-party services such as Vercel Analytics for usage insights and Supabase for authentication and data storage. These providers have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites linked from our platform.

QuestLoops provides a bookmarklet for administrators to queue external pages into our ingestion pipeline. When an administrator invokes the bookmarklet on a third-party page, the bookmarklet captures the page's HTML, visible text, image list, JSON-LD blocks, heading outline, and link list, and uploads that capture to our Supabase Storage bucket (public-read). The capture is used solely to generate a directory listing and is not shared with end users. Only authenticated administrators can trigger the bookmarklet, and only the public-read HTML of pages that are already public is stored. No visitor data, IP addresses, cookies, or analytics from the captured page are stored alongside it.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights including access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the address below. We will respond to all verifiable requests within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication flows, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
