What you need
- ID checkAn ID or enrolment check (usually SheerID or a student card upload)
How to claim it

Teachers: open Canva Education and choose Teachers, Get verified.

Once your teacher account is verified, invite your students from your Canva Education account.

Students: accept the invite from your teacher. Students cannot join Canva Education on their own.
The catches
University and college students are not eligible. They only get premium access if their university buys Canva Campus.
Students need a teacher's invite, and the teacher has to pass Canva's verification first.

Does it cost anything later?
Canva says Canva Education will remain 100% free for K-12 teachers, their students and qualified schools and districts.
I already have a Canva account. Do I need a new one?
No. Canva says you can log in to your existing account and apply from the education page.
What is included?
Most of Canva's premium features, plus LMS integrations, assignments you can share with students and education templates.
