The catches
Copilot and the other AI features stay with the subscription owner and can't be shared.
If the owner stops sharing or cancels, everyone else keeps their files but loses editing in the desktop apps and the shared storage.
The 2 TB is shared across everyone, not 2 TB each.
Questions
Can I share Microsoft 365 Personal?
No. Microsoft says sharing isn't available on Personal or Basic. You need Family, Premium or Pro.
Does everyone see my files?
No. Each person has their own account and their own files. Only the storage total is shared.
