At the entry level the two cost the same: a $0 plan and Pro at $20 a month. The difference shows up when Pro isn't enough. Devin Desktop jumps straight to Max at $200 a month. Cursor has Pro Plus at $60 first, then Ultra at $200. Cursor's prices are before tax; Devin's page shows flat USD prices and no yearly discount.

For teams, Devin charges an $80 base fee plus $40 per developer seat, while Cursor charges $40 per user. There is no student plan on either. Devin removed Windsurf's student page after the June 2026 rebrand, though existing Windsurf student subscribers keep their plan, and Cursor's students page points to the $0 Hobby plan.
